Orthobiologics are defined as the substances of biological origin that facilitate the bone healing process with proficiency. The normal bone healing process involves repositioning of the injured or fractured bone surgically or by immobilization of the dislocated bone, thereby waiting for the body’s normal bone healing process to heal the bone and reposition it in its appropriate place.
