Global Exhaust System Market

An automobile exhaust system consists mainly of five generic components namely —(which is the component fixed at the cylinder heads so as to take the gases right after the burning process into the exhaust system); engine down pipe (which is used to pass the exhaust gases from the manifolds to the floor of the chassis where rest of the exhaust system is situated); catalytic converter (through which the exhaust gases pass, and it breaks down the harmful exhaust gases into less harmful gases for the environment); muffler (once treated, the exhaust gases pass through a muffler which is used to suppress the high noise created by the engine releasing the exhaust gases); and finally the tail pipe (through which the exhaust gases gets released into the atmosphere). The basic function of exhaust systems is to take the exhaust gases created during the combustion of fuel in the engine to the tail pipe and release in the atmosphere.
